Boris Hadžija is a Berlin based filmmaker and musician born in SFR Yugoslavia. Following his master’s in classical piano, he studied film directing at DFFB. His films premiered at the Locarno Film Festival, International Film Festival Rotterdam, Tallinn, were nominated for the German Short Film Award and aired on arte and rbb. He is a recipient of a scholarship awarded by DAAD. His debut feature film - I'll plant my hands in the garden - has been selected by the Locarno Film Festival Residency 2023.
