When a son can no longer afford to keep his disabled father in a nursing home, he has no choice but to bring him into the small apartment he shares with his wife, two toddlers and baby. The already cramped living conditions become even more challenging as the family struggles to adapt to the presence of the helpless grandfather. As he feels increasingly like a burden, tension grows within the household.

Ognjen Petković is a versatile artist hailing from Vukovar, Croatia, born in 1986. He is renowned for his contributions as a film and theatre director, scriptwriter, and actor. He completed his acting studies at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, Serbia, in 2008. He further pursued his academic journey by obtaining a Ph.D. in Audiovisual Arts, with a specialization in film directing, from the same institution in 2021. As an actor, Ognjen has participated in more than 25 theatre plays. Ognjen's directorial career began in 2011 when he directed his first film. Over the years, he has crafted seven short movies, which has been showcased at more than 80 international film festivals. Ognjen Petković's creative efforts have been acknowledged with 21 international and national awards.
