Iyanah Bativala is a filmmaker and screenwriter exploring cultural and societal isolation. Born in New York and raised in Mumbai, she holds a BA from Cornell University and an MFA in Directing from FAMU, Prague. With three years of screenwriting experience, she contributed to the Amazon series "Waack Girls", now streaming in over 200 countries. She is developing her first feature, set in a dance bar in early 2000s Mumbai.
