Julian Rachev is a film director, writer, and editor from Sofia (Bulgaria). In 2018 he graduated from the National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts, NATFA (television & film directing). His graduation film "A Moment of Love" has over 40 film festival selections (Class "A" - Drama International Short Film Festival) and has won over 10 awards for Best Student Film, some from Tetova International Film Festival, SEECS Film Festival, Best Indie Film Award, etc.
