Talking Heads Or Men Of Duty Or This Is Definitely Not Propaganda

Best National Kristiyan Petrov Bulgaria, Fiction, 13'40''

"Words, words, words.” Two rivalling and ludicrous street preachers have discovered The Truth we are all seeking. They preach it to everyone but to no avail. By Fate’s irony the preachers run into each other at the same preaching spot – a monumental tragedy. This terrible misfortune is further complicated by their dogmatic assertions about whose truth is truer. They indulge in an incoherent and nonsensical philosophical war of morals, stooping to base insults and filth.
