Tsanko Vasilev holds a Master degree in Cultural Management and Audiovisual and a Bachelor degree in Cinema and TV Directing. He is a sought lecturer for many festivals in Bulgaria and abroad. He has led various educational programs for young film professionals in film producing, creative industries and entrepreneurship. Tsanko Vasilev is a producer of shorts, feature films, documentaries and music videos and also is the founder and director of IN THE PALACE International Short Film Festival (Bulgaria), Filmer Forge programme for professional development of young filmmakers and pitching session to support new short films` production. He is a co-founder and board member of the Bulgarian Festival Association. He has been a jury member for a number of festivals in Europe and beyond
