Soňa Morgenthalová has been managing training programs for film professionals at the MIDPOINT Institute since 2017, focusing on the development of feature and short films as well as the skills development of emerging script consultants and producers.
She also initiated the Focus Queer program, a training initiative dedicated to promoting LGBTQ+ stories in cinema. She is also involved as an expert with institutions and initiatives including the Czech Film Center, the Kosovo Cinematography Center or PITCH_IT.
Before that, she worked in international service production and casting, contributing to films and series such as Snowpiercer, Ophelia, The Death & Life of John F. Donovan, Underworld: Blood Wars, Knightfall, Britannia or Crossing Lines.
