Slobodan D. Pešić graduated in film directing at The American University, Washington D.C. As a writer/director, he has worked for TV and film companies in the USA, UK, Germany, and Yugoslavia. Pesic's first full-length feature film, "The Harms Case", was selected as an official entry for the 1988 Cannes Film Festival, and has garnered praise at film festivals in Berlin, Mannheim, Jerusalem, Montreal, Toronto, San Francisco, Chicago, and Hong Kong. Pesic co-wrote two books: The Cube (1995) followed by Secrets of the Cube (1998). Both books sold more than 500,000 copies and were published in Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Holland, Japan, China, and Serbia. He currently lives between Belgrade and New York and works as a professor at Webster University, USA
