He started his master's degree at Dokuz Eylül University, Film Design Department in 2014 and his doctorate in this department in 2016. In 2019, he wrote and directed the short film “In Infinite Time”, “Multiple Choice” and "Eleji: Efeler". He received his doctorate with his thesis on the relationship between cinema and philosophy of science in 2021. Formerly an assistant professor in Istanbul Gelisim University, Radio, TV and Cinema department in 2021, he is appointed as the head of the department in 2022.
