VESSELA DANTCHEVA
Vessela Dantcheva is a producer, director and creative force behind some of the most popular independent Bulgarian animated shorts over the last 15 years -
prof. dr. Bozhidar Manov
He is internationally recognized film critic and journalist (Bulgarian National Television, Bulgarian National Radio, Kino magazine etc). Between 2011-2013 he is a Dean of the Cinema Faculty at the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts and currently lecturer in the New Bulgarian University. -
Kamen Balkanski
Kamen holds a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts. From 1997 to 2002 he was the executive director of the Soros Centre for the Arts Foundation (being responsible for the financial and programme planning, as well as for the cooperation with Bulgarian and in ternational cultural organizations and NGOs). -
Marin Damyanov
He is a cinema writer and novelist who manifests mainly in the field of crime genres. Marin Damyanov has PhD in Dramaturgy with a thesis on “Use of Modern Psychological Theories of the Un conscious in Dramatic Texts” -
prof. Maya Dimitrova
She is professor, Doctor of Sciences, is a senior sci entific researcher in the institute of Art Studies at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences – Department for Film and Screen Media. She lectures History of Cinema, Film Analyses and Cinema as Mass Media at the National Academy of Theatre and Film art and New Bulgarian University in Sofia. -
Prof. Nadezhda Marinchevska
Nadezhda Marinchevska is a researcher in the field of cinema and television and animation. She wrote monographs and scientific articles. From 2007 to 2014 she was the Head of Film and Television department of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. -
Svetoslav Draganov
His works as an author, director and producer are MDR award winner at Leipzig Dokfilm festival, 2001- Life is Wonderful, isn’t it?, The Merry Boys - IDFA 2003, Young at Heart winner of special Prix Europa 2003, Amateurs - Golden Rhyton for the best Bulgarian documentary of 2005, Life Almost Wonderful - 2013 - IDFA 2013- feature length competition and special mentions at ZagrebDox 2014 and Sofia Film Fest at 2014. -
Tsanko Vasilev
He is a sought lecturer for many festivals in Bulgaria and abroad. He has led various educational programs for young film professionals in film producing, creative industries and entrepreneurship.
