Giuliana is graduated in Translation and Interpreting from the Advanced School of Modern Languages for Interpreters and Translators in Forlì (University of Bologna - Italy) with a dissertation on “The Paradox of the Western Hero/Antihero in American Literature and Cinema: A Study on Clint Eastwood”.

Giuliana is graduated in Translation and Interpreting from the Advanced School of Modern Languages for Interpreters and Translators in Forlì (University of Bologna - Italy) with a dissertation on “The Paradox of the Western Hero/Antihero in American Literature and Cinema: A Study on Clint Eastwood”. In 2008, she obtained the Master’s Degree in Screen Translation. Since then, she has been working as a freelance audiovisual translator. In the same year, she started her collaboration with Sedicicorto International Film Festival Forlì, becoming part of the Festival organization team and selection committee. Since 2013, she is in charge of the EuroShort project, the European Film Festival Network promoting the work of young European filmmakers and the collaboration among short film festivals.
