Synopsis: In the underground halls of a dystopian textile factory, the rhythm of machines dictates the lives of Alba and Samy. Every day, they pull endless lengths of fabric through the deep blue of dye, whose imprint has already become permanent on their skin. During their shift, Alba tells the story of the girl who lived at the bottom of the ocean. Samy dives further and further into the narrative of the character Nanami, who wants to free herself from enslavement by the rulers of the ocean. / В подземието на антиутопична текстилна фабрика, ритъмът на машините диктува живота на Алба и Сами. Mandy Peterat, born in 1993 in Berlin, grew up in Berlin Kreuzberg as the daughter of a multigenerational seamstress family. Already at a young age she was interested in fine arts and interior design. From 2010 to 2011, she spent a year with a Thai host family in Khon Kaen. In 2016 her artistic interest then brought her to the Filmuniversity Babelsberg Konrad Wolf, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in scenography in 2019. She is currently studying for her subsequent Master's degree in Production Design.
Adam Graf, born in 1995 in Austria, is currently studying for his M.A. in cinematography at the Filmuniversity Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF. Prior to his studies he was working as an editor for two years at the commercial production company EASYdoesit Berlin. Besides that he started to grow his knowledge in the field of cinematography. Nowadays Adam focuses on cinematography and directing. His shortfilms have screened at countless international festivals. / Манди Петерат, родена през 1993 г. в Берлин, завършва магистърска степен по „Продуцентски дизайн“ във Филмовия университет в Бабелсберг. Адам Граф, роден през 1995 г. в Австрия, завършва „Операторско майсторство“ също във Филмовия университет в Бабелсберг.„Оцветена кожа“ е естествен прогрес на дългогодишен творчески обмен. В момента те разработват визията за първия си игрален филм „Wiesenwood“.
