Synopsis: Ten-year-old Gabriel loves to sing and has one desire: to sing in the local choir. The group rides kick-sled through the snowy landscape of Northern-Norway and is known for their kindness and charity towards the village refugees. But when Gabriel's father gets into a fight with one of the local refugees, Gabriel's quest to join The Kicksled Choir becomes challenging.

Director: Torfinn Iversen
Torfinn Iversen (born 1985 in Sortland) is a Norwegian film director and screenwriter. He has a bachelor's degree in film studies from Lillehammer University College and is a graduate of Nordland School of Art and Film. He has written and directed several short films that have participated in competition programs at national and international short film festivals. The short film Levi's horse, was selected for the generation program at the Berlin Film Festival in 2012. [3] The short film Myrhull was nominated for Amanda in 2018. Iversen made his feature film directorial debut in 2017 with the feature film Oscar America. The project was awarded the Eurimages Co-Production Development Award in 2014. Oscar America had its world premiere in Generation KPlus at the Berlin Film Festival in February 2017.
