Born in 1991, Byun studied Film and Eastern Philosophy at University. With his short film Horn(2014), The Chicken of Wuzuh(2015) invited by Busan Int. Film Festival. His another film Hands and Wings(2019) invited by Slamdance and Burussel Short film fest.
