Synopsis: In the plains of the Sierra Maestra, Cheli lives. She's peasant proprietary of a herd of 50 cows, independent, single mother and divorced. Every morning and every day of the year, milking cows and delivering milk to the winery.

Born in Toulouse, France in 1986. Juliette Touin graduated from Sciences-Po Institute with a Master of Political Science. She worked as a journalist for the newspaper Milenio in Mexico's Federal District and then in Colombia for newspapers, among others Le Monde Diplomatique. She also collaborated for the Latin American edition of the Newsweek magazine. While in Colombia she also participated in the creation of the news DATV and film reportages on political and social issues. She served as a general director of TV FESTV of the International Festival of Latin-American NuevoCine broadcast by Canal Habana. Currently Juliette is studying at the International School of Film and Television in San Antonio de Los Baños, Cuba, specializing in documentary direction.
