Synopsis: Ali is a ninth grader (Secondary school) from his childhood works on a salty lake. Formerly he only watched as his father works, but now he does almost the entire work by himself. As a matter of fact his father as yet helps him. The same way as his father’s father, Ali’s grandfather once has been helping him. Ali is one of the many other people of Masazir village, who don’t think about whom they’ll be when they grow up, how they’ll make one’s living. And the reason is this Salty Lake – a heritage, which passes from generation to generation for a long time since. Yes, certainly that kind of thing may happen in life as well as something else. Ahmedov Fariz Asif - was born in December 15, 1983 in Baku. 2001-2005 year – Azerbaijan State University of Art and Culture, faculty of screenwriter. 2007-2010 - Rustam Ibragimbekov’s International Cinema School, faculty of producer. 2010– till now - The Russian State Institute of Cinematography named after S. Gerasimov (VGIK), faculty of film director 2008 year - one of the judges of «38th Rosht International Film Festival» Iran, Teheran. 2008 year – The training on project and script development for South Caucasian Films. Held by Independent Filmmakers’ Association – South Caucasia. IFA-SC 2009 year – participant of Berlinale Talant Campus. 2009 year - one of the judges of «START International Film Festival» Baku, Azerbaijan.
